Global REIT was founded by Ali Tumbi. He is an outstanding leader with amazing experience and skills to find the best decision in the fastest way. Another important leader in the team is COO Paul Christodoulou - an outstanding expert in the real estate market, with over 10 years of experience. Other team members are also outstanding professionals with experience and knowledge in their field. Overall the team is pretty good and I believe that they can succeed in their goal of creating the first and best blockchain based REIT.

The REIT Global website is well built and functional. The design is mainly white with a blue accent. It looks cool with exciting animations and high quality illustrations. For the convenience of the user, the website is translated into several languages. All necessary links to social networks, media, and documents are easy and intuitive to discover. This website provides very basic information about the project and I hope to find more in it. That is my only black mark about the website, as it is overall very good and convenient for users.

White paper is a similar story. But here the lack of information is very important. The whitepaper contains 7 main topics in 27 pages. Looks OK, but the document font is big enough, so the actual information is not so much. I appreciate the ease of finding any topic, but for white paper, I would like a little more information about the project. It does not include the issue that the white book is very well written and easy to understand. Once again the user's convenience is in the first place. Overall - not bad, but a little tweak would be useful.

REIT Global Popularity is good enough for a short time in public. They can be found on the most popular social networks and some other platforms. But the numbers are the best speakers here. Global REIT has nearly 2,000 members in Telegram, 1250 followers on Twitter, 1150 on Facebook, but they can also be found on Slack, Medium, LinkedIn and forums like Reddit and Bitcointalk. Post them mostly articles about them and the real estate market as well as promotions about their ICO.

Global REIT will use two tokens - GREM (giving each customer a part in the Fund Management Company) and GRET (giving each of the customers in the Asset Ownership Company). Both compatible token ERC-20 and ETH, BTC, and Fiat will be accepted for subscription. Payment will be paid in USD and Tether. The public ICO of both tokens begins in early June and ends on June 30, 2018. This project looks great. It provides something familiar (REIT) in a new way (with a blockchain implementation). Global REIT makes a better investment strategy better by making it safe and transparent. It has an outstanding team with experienced leaders, to find the best path for the company. The website is nice, but the white book needs spice detail. The popularity of this project is good enough for the time and keeps improving. Overall, Global REIT is a very interesting project and worth seeing.
